This package includes:

2-Hour Appointment (In-Person or Online):

Growing Healthy Seasons will conduct a thorough evaluation, tailored to the child's specific physical needs. During this assessment, Growing Healthy Seasons will engage in various activities and observations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the child's gross motor skills, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall physical functioning. The appointment can be conducted either in-person at one of our clinics or online from the comfort of your own home.

Detailed Report of Assessment and Results:

Following the assessment, Growing Healthy Seasons will compile a detailed report outlining the evaluation process, key findings, and personalized recommendations. This report will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support their physical development and well-being. The report may also serve as a roadmap for future interventions and support.

1-Hour Follow-Up Review:

To ensure a clear understanding of the assessment results and recommendations, Growing Healthy Seasons offers a 1-hour follow-up review. During this session, Growing Healthy Seasons will walk you through the report, answering any questions you may have and providing further guidance on next steps. This collaborative approach ensures that you feel empowered and equipped to support yours or your loved one's physical growth and development.
