Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Growing Healthy Season. Shop We value your business and strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our practices.

Returns

  1. Custom Orders: Products are printed and made on-demand when you purchased them. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for custom orders or exchanges for different sizes. However, if your return reason is approved, you may be eligible for store credit.
  2. Approval Reasons: You can request a return for store credit if:
    1. The item received did not match the item description on our online store.
    2. The item received is a different product than the one you purchased from our store.

 

Requirements for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return Request: You must initiate a return request within [3 days] of receiving your product. Please contact our customer service team to start the process.
  2. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Return Window: The returned item must be received by us within 30 days of the product delivery date.
  4. Approval Authorization Code: Once your return reason is reviewed and approved, you will receive an Approval Authorization Code. This code must be included with your returned item.

 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within 3 business days of the Return Authorized Credit email date you will receive from Growing Healthy Seasons Customer Care (care@growinghealthyseasons.com).

Exclusions

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for store credit. We reserve the right to refuse store credit for any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

How to Initiate a Return Request

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Order Email: Forward the actual Order Email you received from Funky Ink that contains the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Email Address: Send the forwarded email to care@growinghealthyseasons.com.
  3. Subject Header: Ensure the email has the subject header "Return Request"
  4. Order Number: Make sure Order Number (Invoice Number) and Item Number(s) are included in your email.
  5. Ship Back the Product(s): You are responsible for postage and shipping fees.

Growing Healthy Seasons Service Cancellation and Service Subscription Cancellation Policies 

Growing Healthy Seasons offers several types of products and programs. Cancellation and refund terms vary by purchase type as outlined below.

Subscription Therapy Packages

Therapy Package Subscription Policy
Subscriptions are billed automatically every 4 weeks via Shopify Subscriptions.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their online account in the GHS Shop (https://shopgrowinghealthyseasons.com/).

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. We will receive a notice when you submit your cancellation. 

To reschedule a session, clients must contact GHS Scheduling (scheduling@growinghealthyseasons.com or call (530) 391-8670) at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time at no extra charge. Reschedules requested within 72 hours of the session still count against the client's current billing cycle. If a therapist needs to cancel, GHS will offer a make-up session or a credit.

A full refund is available within 3 days of the original purchase date if no session has been held yet, per California law.

Camps Registrations

All camp registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another camper or applied as a credit toward a future camp session. Transfer requests must be submitted prior to the camp start date.


One-Time Purchases (Evaluations, Mentoring Packages, and similar)


One-time purchases are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or delivered. If you need to cancel before your appointment is confirmed, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for review.

Growing Healthy Seasons reserves the right to cancel any program or service due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
